Hi! My name is Dr. Chelsea Gittens. I graduated from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2023 and am very excited to start serving my community through a combination of hands-on care, rehabilitation, educated and reassurance. I also became a contemporary medical acupuncture provider through McMaster University in 2023. I am passionate about helping individuals restore their functional independence, meet their health goals and achieve optimal wellness!
In my free time I enjoy hiking, biking, reading, playing golf and working out!
Hello! My name is Calvin and I’m a registered physiotherapist. I graduated from Acadia University with my Bachelor of Kinesiology in 2017 and Dalhousie University in 2019 with my Masters of Science (Physiotherapy).
I love to workout a bit too much, and have participated in many sports ever since I could walk. This has lead to me experiencing a few more injuries than I would like to admit, which influenced my interest in becoming a physiotherapist.
My style of physiotherapy is to help my clients understand the causes of their issues, how to improve them and how to decrease the chance of their issues returning in the future. I promote independence, awareness and education with my treatment. I do this through one on one discussion regarding goals and limitations , demonstrating all interventions until understood and providing constructive individualized feedback to all my clients.
Hey! My name is Raychel and I am a Licensed Acupuncturist. I successfully completed 2220 hours of full-time study in the 3 year program at The Canadian College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in December 2022 and and treated 154 patients during my clinical. My studies included specialties in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Theory, TCM nutrition, meditation, moxibustion, cupping (silicone and fire), Tuina and Guasha. I strongly believe in using Integrative medicine as a way to address mental, physical, and spiritual aspects of health and I am eager to teach others how to bring their body back to a natural state of healing. I pride myself in practitioner-client confidentiality and my ability to be empathetic and understanding.
I was a gymnast for 13 years and participated in bodybuilding competitions for 5 years so pushing limits, investing in proper nutrition and post treatments have been a big part of my life for as long as I can remember. There is just something about seeing what your body is capable of that gives me a thrill!!
In my spare time you can find me hanging out with my 3 year old son Thor, a Long Haired Miniature Daschund, killing abs and glutes in Pilates and watching copious videos on human consciousness
I hope to see you in my safe place!

Hi, I'm Todd!
I've been practicing massage therapy since 2008. Having worked in both clinic and spa locations throughout my career, I try to offer the best of both worlds with relaxing therapeutic treatments.
As a former personal trainer and yoga teacher, KinFix is the perfect fit for my multifaceted approach to health and wellness. My treatment style combines physical aspects like deep tissue therapy and myofascial techniques, as well as mental and emotional support by creating a warm and welcoming environment where clients can feel comfortable focusing on themselves and their own wellness needs. My approach to massage therapy is to not only treat the discomfort that you're presently dealing with, but to also discuss activities, postures and stressors that may contribute to your pain and tension and what you can do on your own at home to improve your overall wellness.
I have two young children at home so I don't have a lot of free time but I love to watch NBA basketball, get active outside hiking and swimming and talk about all the travelling I used to do, and trips I hope to take in the years to come!
Hi, I'm Paige!
Born and raised in Manitoba, I developed a passion for holistic health early on, which eventually led me to pursue a career as a Registered Massage Therapist. In 2019, I embarked on a new chapter by moving to Nova Scotia, where I dedicated myself to mastering the art and science of therapeutic massage in 2021. Graduating with honors from Eastern College in June 2023 marked a significant milestone in my journey, equipping me with a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques. Today, I am committed to providing personalized care and promoting wellness through empathetic touch and tailored treatment plans.
I also offer pre and post natal massage!
Hello!
My name is Tony and I am a Physiotherapy Resident. I graduated from St. FX in 2021 with a Bachelors of Science in Human Kinetics, I then went on to complete my Masters in Physiotherapy at Dalhousie which I finished in 2023. In my spare time I like to stay active by playing a variety of sports including basketball, softball and golf.
I enjoy helping people take charge of their own health and achieving their specific goals as it pertains to their physical function and quality of life. My style of physiotherapy involves in depth client education related to your issue, hands on manual therapy, myofascial trigger point dry needling, and individualized therapeutic exercise prescription.
I was born and raised in Spryfield so I look forward to working within my community and helping people get back to doing the things they enjoy!
I bring a unique perspective to patient care, believing in meeting you where you are in your health goals. My approach focuses on tailoring solutions that align with your individual needs and nurturing a positive relationship with food. I redefine the “food police” dietitian and instead, strive to create a warm, accepting, and encouraging atmosphere where you feel empowered to embrace your journey to wellness.
My educational journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics as I had an interest in science and exercise. It was during a transformative period studying abroad in Australia that I discovered my passion for nutrition. This led me to pursue a Bachelor’s in Applied Human Nutrition and Dietetics and begin my journey as a Registered Dietitian.
I’m dedicated to providing you with exceptional care and unwavering support on your journey to well-being. I’ve integrated my empathetic approach with my academic background to offer you the best care possible. I’m here to accompany you every step of the way. I’d love to work together to embark on a journey toward a healthier, happier you.
Outside of the clinic, you’ll often find me immersed in a good book, whipping up something yummy in the kitchen, reading up on the latest nutrition trends, cherishing moments with loved ones, or staying active.
